These Terms of Service govern all access, browsing and purchase behavior on shenzhenyonglidasheng.com, operated by SHENZHEN YONG LIDA SHENG HARDWARE PRODUCTS CO., LIMITED. By visiting our website and placing orders for phone lanyards, and 3C accessories, you fully agree to these terms.

1. User Account & Order Information
You must submit accurate real name, shipping address and contact information when placing orders. You agree not to use our website for fraudulent transactions, counterfeit imitation or intellectual property infringement. The minimum age to place orders on our store is 18 years old.

2. Product Description Disclaimer
All photos, material descriptions, size data of phone straps, crystal beads and gold-plated hardware are for reference only. Slight color difference caused by screen display, natural stone texture deviation and plating batch difference belong to normal product characteristics. We reserve the right to adjust product prices without prior notice.
All metal plating descriptions are marked truthfully (gold-plated, stainless steel, alloy). We will not falsely label plated accessories as solid gold or solid silver.

3. Payment Rules
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and mainstream international credit cards. Full payment must be completed before order production and shipment. We reserve the right to cancel orders with abnormal suspicious payment behavior.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All website text, product photos, custom engraving design templates, brand logos and hardware drawings are our exclusive intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, resale, commercial secondary use of our phone accessory designs is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability Limitation
Our company shall not be liable for indirect losses including delayed delivery caused by logistics delays, minor material texture differences of natural crystal accessories. Our maximum compensation limit shall not exceed the total payment amount of your single order.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to local courts in Longgang District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province.
