Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: July 2026
This policy applies to all phone straps, metal 3C accessories and personalized custom items sold on shenzhenyonglidasheng.com.

1. Return Eligibility (Only For Ready Stock Non-Custom Items)
Standard in-stock phone lanyards without custom engraving support return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery. To qualify for return:
- All accessories must be unused, undamaged, with original packing, complete metal hardware and crystal beads intact
- No scratches, discoloration, wear or personal modification on the strap
- Provide your order number and clear product photos when submitting return application

2. Non-Returnable Custom Personalized Products (Core Rule For Engraved Phone Charms)
All custom engraved, name-print, personalized stone phone straps are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-cancellable once production starts.
- You may cancel custom orders within 12 hours after checkout for full refund
- After 12 hours, we begin engraving and material cutting; no changes, refunds or returns are accepted for change of mind
- Minor natural texture difference of natural crystal, slight color deviation of plating hardware are normal manufacturing tolerance, not eligible for free replacement or refund

3. Damaged/Defective Goods Received
If your phone strap arrives broken, cracked, faded or wrong customized text, contact us within 7 days after delivery with unboxing photos or videos. We offer free re-production, reshipment or full product value refund at our cost.

4. Return Operation Process
1. Send return request to yuzhaowei@90chuang.cn with order number and product photos
2. Our customer service will review and reply within 3 business days, send return warehouse address
3. You are responsible for all return shipping fees for standard returns (defective goods excluded)
4. We will inspect returned items within 5 working days after receiving the package

5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment account (PayPal / credit card) within 7–10 business days. Delays caused by bank or payment platform are beyond our control.

6. Final Sale Items
Clearance discounted phone accessories, customized engraved straps, altered special-size lanyards are marked final sale and cannot be returned.
